About Velocity Partners

A boutique advisory firm built on shared risk and senior judgment.

Velocity Partners International was founded to do senior advisory work on terms that the largest firms in our category do not offer. Headquartered in Aventura, Florida, with desks in London, France, and Toronto, we serve boards, executives, and founders across four practices and three engagement models.

Why the firm exists.

The senior-advisory market is bifurcated. Big-Four-tier firms price out most mid-market companies and ask the client to carry all the cash risk. Independent consultants are capable but lack the integrated team, documentation discipline, and partner-level accountability boards expect. Velocity sits in the gap between them.

Big 4 / global firms

Premium rate tier. Full cash risk on the client. Rates that price out most mid-market companies.

Velocity

Boutique / specialist tier. Integrated senior team, institutional documentation, and shared-risk commercial terms.

Independent consultants

Freelance tier. Capable individuals, but no integrated team or documentation standard.

We are not the largest firm in our category — deliberately. We serve a specific kind of client, on a specific set of commercial terms, with a specific quality of practitioner.

Three operating principles.

Senior from day one.

Every engagement is led by a named senior partner from kickoff. No junior bench runs the work behind the scenes.

Aligned risk.

The firm and the client are exposed to the same uncertainty across every engagement model.

Documentation that survives.

Memos, controls, and board materials built to a standard acquirers and regulators can rely on.

The firm, by the numbers.
