1. Information we collect. Velocity Partners International ("Velocity," "we," "us") collects information you provide directly — when you book a consultation, submit a contact form, subscribe to insights, or correspond with us by email — and a limited set of technical information collected automatically when you visit our site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, time of visit).
2. How we use information. We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, send insights you have subscribed to, maintain the security and operation of the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or behavioral advertising.
3. Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small set of essential cookies required for the site to function and a limited set of analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser without affecting site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers for ad targeting, or cookies that persist across sessions for marketing purposes.
4. Sharing and disclosure. We do not sell personal information. 5. Retention. We retain information collected through the site for the period required to deliver the service you requested and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Consultation correspondence is retained for the duration of any resulting client engagement and the period required by our records-management policy thereafter.
6. Your rights (EU/UK). If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or object to processing of your personal information; the right to data portability; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 8. International transfers. Velocity operates across the US and EU. Information collected in one jurisdiction may be transferred to and processed in another, subject to applicable data-transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses for EU-to-US transfers, equivalent mechanisms for other transfers).
9. Security. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
