Situation
Airways Aviation wanted to open the first EASA-aligned pilot and crew training academy in the Middle East. The corporate structure needed to be rebuilt to support the licensing process, and the business had no ERP system or learning-management platform to run the academy on.
Approach
Velocity restructured the corporate entity to meet regulatory requirements, rolled out an ERP system to run the business, and built a learning-management system to deliver and track the EASA-aligned curriculum.
Outcome
The academy was licensed and opened 18 months after the engagement began — the first EASA-aligned training base in the region.
