BC Remit's infrastructure hadn't kept pace with its growth, financial and marketing decisions needed outside judgment, and later, a change in ownership structure required a partnership to be unwound cleanly.

Approach

Velocity migrated the company's infrastructure to AWS, has provided ongoing financial and marketing advisory since 2015, and negotiated a partnership buyout when the ownership structure changed.

Outcome

Velocity has remained BC Remit's retained advisor for eleven years, continuing across two different ownership structures.
